Team building ideas

Team building ideas that serve an objective.

Successful team building starts with one question: what do you want your teams to take away? Here are ideas sorted by occasion, each linked to the programmes that answer it, with a sample activity. All of them are played in the room, in teams, on participants' phones, with a facilitator who runs the room.

By occasionOnboarding, seminar, celebration, safety day, CSR commitments, quality.
Played in the roomAt your premises, in a seminar room or at a hotel, anywhere in Tunisia.
No appA QR code, a browser: everyone plays on their phone.

For an onboarding day

New hires play alongside long-standing staff, in mixed teams, with your company's real departments, real faces and real vocabulary. By the end of the session, everyone knows who does what.

Sample activity

Who’s who: match colleagues’ faces, roles and anecdotes, using the photos you entrust to us.

For a company seminar

Between two work sessions, in the meeting room of the hotel or your seminar venue: a 1.5 to 3-hour session where departments mix, people speak up and each team sets out its commitments.

Sample activity

The barometer: a series of anonymous questions, with results projected in real time.

To bond a team or ease tensions

Team cohesion is built by doing things together. The game creates neutral ground where people cooperate without having to talk about it; sensitive topics go through anonymous votes, aggregated on the screen.

Sample activity

The bridge: two teams must together build a solution that neither can finish alone.

To celebrate a success or end the year

A milestone reached, a project delivered, a certification obtained, the end of the year: the celebration becomes an interactive ceremony, with your names, your figures and your photos in the cinematics.

Sample activity

Success in figures: estimate the project’s results, with a reveal on screen.

For a safety or workplace wellbeing day

A safety day, a prevention week: the right reflexes are refreshed as a team, without trivialising the subject, alongside your mandatory training.

Sample activity

The hazard hunt: spot the hidden dangers in images of your premises.

To bring your CSR commitments to life

A CSR awareness workshop, a sustainable development week, a solidarity challenge: your commitments become actions, proposed and voted on by the teams themselves.

Sample activity

The charity challenge: quick-fire challenges where every success adds to the counter.

To prepare for an audit, a certification or a crisis

Quality, hygiene, safety and environmental requirements are refreshed through play: puzzles, precision challenges and simulations, built on situations from your business.

Sample activity

The alert: assess the incident and trigger the right first actions.

For your sector

Programmes written for the rules, risks and vocabulary of your profession, played the same way.

What stays the same from one idea to the next

Each programme is played in the room, in teams, on participants' phones, with no app to install. The big screen tells the story in your colours, and a facilitator runs the room. A session lasts between 1.5 and 3 hours, with no limit on participants, at your premises, in a seminar room or at a hotel, anywhere in Tunisia.

It is followed up in your client area: the session report, then the D+7 and D+30 reminders and their report.

Frequently asked questions

Which team building activity should you choose?

Start from what you want to achieve: onboarding, bonding, celebrating, preventing a risk, bringing your commitments to life. Each programme answers one objective; if you are unsure, describe yours and we will suggest the programme, or the combination, that answers it.

Can team building take place indoors?

Yes: all our programmes are played in a room, at your premises, in a seminar room or in a hotel. You provide the room and the screen, the facilitator brings everything else, and everyone plays on their phone.
