From request to report, in six steps.
Successful team building takes preparation. Here is exactly what happens between the moment you write to us and the moment you receive your session report. No surprises, except the ones planned for your teams.
Play is older than culture, for culture, however inadequately defined, always presupposes human society.
higher procedural knowledge for trainees taught with simulation games versus a comparison group (+11% declarative knowledge, +9% retention), in a meta-analysis of 65 studies.
The greatness of a profession is perhaps, above all, to unite people: there is only one true luxury, and that is human relationships.

01You
You tell us your objective
An online request, three minutes.
You fill in the demo request or write to us: the company, the context, the objective, a date, an approximate number of participants. We call you back within 24 working hours to understand what the session needs to change for your teams.

02Us
We propose the programme
A programme from the catalogue, or a combination.
Based on your objective, we propose the programme that meets it from the catalogue, or a combination of two. We walk you through the running order, the challenges and what the company gains from it. A thirty-minute in-room demo can be arranged before you decide.

03Together
We dress it in your colours
Your brand, your words, your teams.
You send us your logo, your brand guidelines, your team names if you already know them, your photos, your figures and your official titles. We build them into the cinematic sequences and the challenges, to the letter. You approve a preview before the big day.

We prepare the room
We adapt to your venue and your equipment.
On your premises, in a seminar room or at a hotel: we scout the venue, check the projection and the network, and bring whatever is missing. A full rehearsal is run on our platform the day before. On the day, set-up takes less than an hour.

05Us
On the day, the facilitator runs the room
Your teams play, the big screen tells the story.
Participants scan a code and join the game, with nothing to install. The facilitator opens the session, launches each challenge, keeps the pace and celebrates every team. Nothing moves forward without them: the room stays a room, not a screen. Between 1.5 and 3 hours, depending on the programme.

06You
You receive the report
What the session produced, in black and white.
After the session, we hand you the report: participation, results by team and by challenge, highlights and, where the programme includes them, your teams’ contributions: commitments, ideas, votes. Dressed in your brand, ready to share internally.
Team psychological safety [is] a shared belief held by members of a team that the team is safe for interpersonal risk taking.
The questions we get asked.
How long before the event should you contact us?
Two weeks is enough for a catalogue programme dressed in your brand. Allow three to four weeks if we need to build in a lot of content specific to your company.
What do we need to provide?
Your objective, a date, a venue, a rough number of participants, your brand guidelines, and the elements you want to see in the session: titles, photos, figures. We build the rest.
What if the room’s Wi-Fi is unreliable?
The platform has a fallback mode: phones reconnect on their own, the facilitator keeps control of the screen, and the session carries on. We test the network before the day.
Can we play in several languages?
Yes. A session can be played in French, English, Arabic, or in a mixed mode depending on the teams.
