Corporate Solutions designs 100% digital team building programmes, played in person: the projected screen, the participants' phones, a facilitator who runs the room. It is a project of IKIGAI, a consulting firm based in Tunis.
What we do
We turn a business objective (onboarding new hires, easing tensions, encouraging people to speak up, preventing risks) into a game session of about two hours. Teams play together on their phones, with no app to install; the projected screen tells the story, with the company's words, figures and brand identity.
Our approach
We do not make entertainment for its own sake. Each sequence trains a precise behaviour and builds on published work: psychological safety, transactive memory, implementation intentions, the testing effect. The references are on the Sources and references page. An anonymous before-and-after measure shows what has moved, and spaced reminders, after one week and then one month, help good habits last.
Your programme, your words
Clients personalise their programme themselves in their client area: their people, their history, their figures, their situations. The programme wears their brand identity. Nothing is invented for them; and we gladly write a programme for a trade or an objective not yet in our specialties.
Who we are
Corporate Solutions is a project of IKIGAI, a Tunisian limited liability company founded in 2019, specialising in business consulting, managed by Idriss Hajji. The game engine, the programmes and the animations are designed and built by our team. Legal information is in the legal notice.
Your data
Our servers are hosted in the European Union, each client has its own instance, and participants play without an account or an e-mail address. Details are on the Security and Privacy and hosting pages.
