Sample team building programme
A session lasts between 1 h 30 and 3 h and fits into a seminar day:
- Welcome: everyone scans their QR card and teams form on the big screen.
- Opening: a cinematic in your colours sets out the challenge, followed by a short baseline measure.
- Four activities: branching scenarios, investigations, estimation challenges, votes, each on their phone, in teams.
- Closing: the debrief, everyone's commitment, and the final measure.
- Afterwards: the session report, then reminders at D+7 and D+30.
