Banking and insurance team building

Compliance, fraud prevention, customer relationships and risk culture, played as a team.

In banking and insurance, trust is earned one case at a time. These programmes are designed for banks, insurance companies, mutual insurers and financial institutions that want to bring their procedures to life in a way an e-learning module cannot. Branches, contact centres, back office and head office play in the same teams, on their phones, with a facilitator running the room.

Rules you experience

Compliance and security procedures become situations to solve together, rather than a certificate to sign.

Branches and head office together

Teams mix roles: everyone discovers the constraints of others and the customer’s full journey.

Your cases, anonymised

The projected cases are drawn from your procedures, complaints and incidents, without any real customer data.

Frequently asked questions

Before you book

What is digital team building?

A team building session in which teams play challenges on participants' phones while a big screen shows the running order, the scores and the cinematic sequences. A facilitator runs the room from start to finish. Everything happens in person.

Do we need to install an app?

No. Participants scan a QR code and play in their phone's browser. No account, no password, no installation. It works on iPhone and Android.

Is there a limit on the number of participants?

No. The platform adapts to your headcount, from a small team to the whole company, in one or several rooms.

What equipment do we need to provide?

No special equipment. We adapt to your room and your set-up, whatever it may be, and we bring whatever is missing.
