Innovation

Technology built for the stage, not an on-screen quiz.

Corporate Solutions is not a game to download. It is a facilitation platform designed for a room: a big screen that tells the story, phones that play, a facilitator who sets the pace, and a server that orchestrates everything in real time.

As a source of exchange, innovation and creativity, cultural diversity is as necessary for humankind as biodiversity is for nature.

Play is older than culture, for culture, however inadequately defined, always presupposes human society.

Personalised cinematic sequences

Your teams become the heroes of the projected story.

Before each challenge and after each result, the screen plays an animated sequence. It isn’t generic: it builds in, live, your team names, the photos you give us, your figures and your titles. The colours are those of your brand guidelines. The leaderboard is shown with your team logos. The next day, nobody saw “an animation”; everyone saw their own company on screen.

  • Generated on the fly from your order
  • Dressed in your brand guidelines
  • Real names, photos and scores fed in live
02

The phone becomes a controller

Tilt, shake, aim. Some challenges are played by gesture.

We use the phones’ sensors, the gyroscope and accelerometer, to turn the device into an instrument of play. One team steers an object on screen by tilting their phones together; another sets off a buzzer by shaking. The whole body plays, not just the thumb. No app: everything runs in the browser, on iPhone and Android alike.

  • Gyroscope and accelerometer, via the browser
  • Controlled latency for fair head-to-heads
  • Automatic fallback to buttons if a device can’t keep up
03

Synchronised sound across the whole room

A countdown that starts on every phone at the same second.

The server keeps a shared clock, and every phone syncs to it. When the facilitator launches a countdown, a piece of music or a signal, the whole room hears it at the same time, from dozens of devices. The effect is physical: the room breathes together. No speakers to install, and if the room has one, it syncs too.

  • Clock shared between the screen and the phones
  • Countdowns, signals and soundscapes triggered by the facilitator
  • Works without a PA system, and adds to yours if you have one
04

A theatre control booth for the facilitator

They see the next screen before the room does and trigger every moment.

The facilitator runs everything from their own phone or a tablet: the full running order, a preview of the next screen, who has answered, who is missing, the timers, the reveals. Nothing moves forward without them. The pace stays human: waiting for a team, re-energising a room, skipping a step if time is short. If the network wavers, they keep control and the session carries on.

  • Preview of the next screen, invisible to the room
  • Real-time team presence
  • Fallback mode: the session carries on even if the Wi-Fi drops
05

The secret is kept

The screen never gives away what comes next, and answers never leave our servers.

The correct answers are not present in any page loaded by the phones: they are marked on the server. The order of the options is drawn at random for each session and shared by all devices, so a rehearsal gives nothing away. The big screen never announces the name or content of the next challenge: the surprise holds right to the end.

  • Answers marked on the server only
  • Shared-seed shuffle, different for every session
  • No early reveals on the projected screen
06

One instance per client

Your session lives on its own subdomain, isolated from the others.

Each order becomes a dedicated instance: your address, your theme, your content, your data. Nothing is shared between two clients, neither on screen nor on the server. Data is hosted in Europe and deleted thirty days after the event, once the report has been approved.

  • Dedicated subdomain for every order
  • Isolated data, hosted in Europe
  • Session report generated at close
Tailor-made

Tailor-made, at catalogue scale.

A whole catalogue doesn’t mean the same thing over and over. The engine is shared, the content is specific to each programme, and the look is specific to each client. Your titles are reproduced letter for letter, your procedures become challenges, your milestones become a timeline. The same programme ordered by two different companies never looks the same.

Teaming is a verb. It is a dynamic activity, not a bounded, static entity.

And tomorrow

What we’re working on.

Persistent world

Badges and progression that follow your teams from one programme to the next, so that every session becomes part of a story.

Augmented co-facilitator

Support for the facilitator to improvise questions based on your own documents, live, with full respect for confidentiality.

Multi-room

Several rooms in the same company playing the same session at the same time, with a shared leaderboard.

Demo

See the technology in the room, not in a brochure.

Thirty minutes on your premises. You play a challenge and see the report at the end.
