Raise awareness of good posture

Refresh ergonomic working postures (e.g. muscle warm-ups).

Why this programme

Good postures are forgotten as soon as they are learned. The programme brings them back through play, with situations from your own environment: the workstation, manual handling, the screen. A muscle wake-up sequence guided from the phones sets the rhythm of the session.

Any amount of physical activity is better than none, and more is better.

What your teams experience

  1. Good posture: spot the mistakes in images of workstations.
  2. Muscle wake-up: a guided sequence, synchronised across all the phones.
  3. The right movement: put the steps of safe manual handling back in order.
  4. My workstation: each team proposes a concrete ergonomic improvement.

Each activity opens and closes with a projected cinematic sequence, personalised for your teams. The facilitator sets the pace: nothing moves forward without them.

What the company gains

Good posture rediscovered, and a muscle warm-up routine that teams can repeat on their own.

20 %

Low back pain accounts for 20% of work accidents and 7% of occupational diseases; nearly half occur while carrying loads.

How we tailor it to you

Your wording, departments, figures and photos are built into the challenges and cinematic sequences, to the letter. The look follows your brand guidelines. Teams are formed on the spot or based on your organisation chart. The session report is delivered to you after the event.

Before you book

What is digital team building?

A team building session in which teams play challenges on participants' phones while a big screen shows the running order, the scores and the cinematic sequences. A facilitator runs the room from start to finish. Everything happens in person.

Do we need to install an app?

No. Participants scan a QR code and play in their phone's browser. No account, no password, no installation. It works on iPhone and Android.

Is there a limit on the number of participants?

No. The platform adapts to your headcount, from a small team to the whole company, in one or several rooms.
