Why this programme
Alongside a certified training course, the programme has people revise life-saving reflexes under gentle pressure: the team must react quickly and in the right order. The scenarios are set in your own workplace.
A member of staff shall receive the first-aid training needed to give first aid in an emergency in each workshop where dangerous work is carried out.
What your teams experience
- The alert: put the steps for protecting the scene and raising the alarm back in order.
- The right reflex: faced with a situation, choose the appropriate action, against the clock.
- The equipment: locate and identify the emergency equipment on your site.
- The simulation: an emergency response chain to coordinate across several teams.
Each activity opens and closes with a projected cinematic sequence, personalised for your teams. The facilitator sets the pace: nothing moves forward without them.

What is digital team building?
A team building session in which teams play challenges on participants' phones while a big screen shows the running order, the scores and the cinematic sequences. A facilitator runs the room from start to finish. Everything happens in person.
Do we need to install an app?
No. Participants scan a QR code and play in their phone's browser. No account, no password, no installation. It works on iPhone and Android.
Is there a limit on the number of participants?
No. The platform adapts to your headcount, from a small team to the whole company, in one or several rooms.
