Speed up continuous improvement

Bring lean and continuous improvement to life on the lines.

Why this programme

Lean can be understood in a few minutes, but it takes months to become a habit. Teams run a virtual production line, measure its output, then improve it round after round. Everyone sees live, on the screen, the effect of an idea on cycle time and inventory.

Improve constantly and forever the system of production and service, to improve quality and productivity, and thus constantly decrease costs.

What your teams experience

  1. The virtual line: produce as a team on a simulated line, with its bottlenecks and its waste.
  2. The waste hunt: spot the seven wastes in a projected workshop scene.
  3. The quick changeover: cut a changeover time by reorganising the steps.
  4. The kaizen blitz: each team presents an improvement and its estimated gain.

Each activity opens and closes with a projected cinematic sequence, personalised for your teams. The facilitator sets the pace: nothing moves forward without them.

What the company gains

A shared lean vocabulary from the shop floor to management, improvement ideas that make their way up, and teams that measure their own progress.

How we tailor it to you

Your wording, departments, figures and photos are built into the challenges and cinematic sequences, to the letter. The look follows your brand guidelines. Teams are formed on the spot or based on your organisation chart. The session report is delivered to you after the event.

Before you book

What is digital team building?

A team building session in which teams play challenges on participants' phones while a big screen shows the running order, the scores and the cinematic sequences. A facilitator runs the room from start to finish. Everything happens in person.

Do we need to install an app?

No. Participants scan a QR code and play in their phone's browser. No account, no password, no installation. It works on iPhone and Android.

Is there a limit on the number of participants?

No. The platform adapts to your headcount, from a small team to the whole company, in one or several rooms.
