لماذا هذا البرنامج

يكتشف الموظفون الجدد المؤسسة وهم يلعبون، جنبًا إلى جنب مع القدامى ضمن فرق مختلطة. تستند التحديات إلى أقسامكم الحقيقية ووجوهكم الحقيقية ومفرداتكم الحقيقية: في نهاية الجلسة، يعرف الموظف الجديد من يفعل ماذا، ويضيف القدامى اسمًا جديدًا إلى ذاكرتهم.

لعلّ التجذّر أهمّ حاجات النفس البشرية وأكثرها تعرّضًا للتجاهل.

ما تعيشه فرقكم

  1. خريطة المؤسسة: التعرّف على الأقسام والمواقع والمحاورين الرئيسيين على خريطة حيّة.
  2. من هو من: مطابقة وجوه الزملاء بوظائفهم وطرائفهم، بالاستعانة بالصور التي تزوّدوننا بها.
  3. الأسبوع الأول: إعادة ترتيب مراحل مسار استقبال ناجح.
  4. الكلمة الأخيرة: يصوغ كل فريق نصيحة للموظف الجديد القادم، تُعرض على الشاشة.

يُفتتح كل نشاط ويُختتم بمشهد سينمائي معروض على الشاشة، مخصّص لفرقكم. ويضبط المنشّط الإيقاع: لا شيء يتقدم من دونه.

ما تجنيه المؤسسة

موظفون جدد يتعرّفون على المؤسسة في صباح واحد، وموظفون قدامى منخرطون في استقبالهم، وذكرى مشتركة تحلّ محل الشارة وكتيّب الترحيب.

هو نشاط لبناء الفرق تُخاض فيه التحديات على هواتف المشاركين ضمن فرق، بينما تعرض شاشة كبيرة سير الجلسة والنتائج والمشاهد السينمائية. ويتولى منشّط إدارة القاعة من البداية إلى النهاية. ويجري كل شيء حضوريًا.

هل يلزم تثبيت تطبيق؟

لا. يمسح المشاركون رمز QR ويلعبون عبر متصفح هواتفهم. لا حساب ولا كلمة مرور ولا تثبيت. ويعمل ذلك على iPhone وAndroid.

هل هناك حد أقصى لعدد المشاركين؟

لا. تتكيف المنصة مع عدد الحضور، من فريق صغير إلى المؤسسة بأكملها، في قاعة واحدة أو عدة قاعات.
