لماذا هذا البرنامج

ينطلق الكلام بحرية حين لا يكلّف صاحبه شيئًا. يعتمد البرنامج على تصويتات ومساهمات سرية، تُجمع مباشرةً على الشاشة: نرى ما تفكر فيه القاعة دون أن نعرف من قاله. وتجيب الإدارة خلال الجلسة، ضمن إطار يضبطه المنشّط.

الأمان النفسي في الفريق اعتقادٌ مشترك بين أعضائه بأن الفريق مكان آمن لخوض المخاطر في العلاقات بين الأشخاص.

ما تعيشه فرقكم

  1. المقياس: سلسلة من الأسئلة بإجابات سرية، تُعرض نتائجها في الوقت الفعلي.
  2. ما لا نجرؤ على قوله: جدار من المساهمات السرية، يُشرف عليه المنشّط.
  3. ردّ الإدارة: يجيب المديرون عن النقاط التي حصدت أكبر عدد من الأصوات.
  4. الأولويات الثلاث: تصوّت القاعة على ما يجب أن يتغيّر أولًا.

يُفتتح كل نشاط ويُختتم بمشهد سينمائي معروض على الشاشة، مخصّص لفرقكم. ويضبط المنشّط الإيقاع: لا شيء يتقدم من دونه.

هو نشاط لبناء الفرق تُخاض فيه التحديات على هواتف المشاركين ضمن فرق، بينما تعرض شاشة كبيرة سير الجلسة والنتائج والمشاهد السينمائية. ويتولى منشّط إدارة القاعة من البداية إلى النهاية. ويجري كل شيء حضوريًا.

هل يلزم تثبيت تطبيق؟

لا. يمسح المشاركون رمز QR ويلعبون عبر متصفح هواتفهم. لا حساب ولا كلمة مرور ولا تثبيت. ويعمل ذلك على iPhone وAndroid.

هل هناك حد أقصى لعدد المشاركين؟

لا. تتكيف المنصة مع عدد الحضور، من فريق صغير إلى المؤسسة بأكملها، في قاعة واحدة أو عدة قاعات.
