لماذا هذا البرنامج
جلسة قصيرة ومكثّفة، مصمّمة كحفل تفاعلي. تُخصَّص المشاهد السينمائية للمشروع المحتفى به: الأسماء، والأرقام، والصور. تعيش القاعة من جديد اللحظات الحاسمة وهي تلعب، ويغادر كل فريق وقد حجز مكانه في هذه القصة.
أن نحبّ ليس أن ينظر أحدنا إلى الآخر، بل أن ننظر معًا في الاتجاه نفسه.
ما تعيشه فرقكم
- فيلم المشروع: إعادة ترتيب المراحل الكبرى بالصور.
- أرقام النجاح: تقدير نتائج المشروع، مع الكشف عنها على الشاشة.
- الكواليس: مسابقة أسئلة عن طرائف المشروع، تُعَدّ بالتعاون معكم.
- منصة التتويج: مشهد سينمائي ختامي يُكرّم كل فريق.
يُفتتح كل نشاط ويُختتم بمشهد سينمائي معروض على الشاشة، مخصّص لفرقكم. ويضبط المنشّط الإيقاع: لا شيء يتقدم من دونه.
ما تجنيه المؤسسة
احتفال لا يقتصر على خطاب، وذكرى يتشاركها كل من أسهموا في النجاح.
موظف واحد فقط من كل ثلاثة يؤكد أنه نال تقديرًا أو ثناءً على عمله خلال الأيام السبعة الماضية؛ ومن لا يحظون بذلك يزيد احتمال تفكيرهم في المغادرة خلال العام بمقدار الضعف.
كيف نكيّفه لكم
تُدرَج مسمياتكم وأقسامكم وأرقامكم وصوركم في التحديات والمشاهد السينمائية، حرفًا بحرف. ويعتمد التصميم هويتكم البصرية. وتُشكَّل الفرق في عين المكان أو وفق هيكلكم التنظيمي. ويُسلَّم إليكم تقرير الجلسة بعد الفعالية.

هو نشاط لبناء الفرق تُخاض فيه التحديات على هواتف المشاركين ضمن فرق، بينما تعرض شاشة كبيرة سير الجلسة والنتائج والمشاهد السينمائية. ويتولى منشّط إدارة القاعة من البداية إلى النهاية. ويجري كل شيء حضوريًا.
هل يلزم تثبيت تطبيق؟
لا. يمسح المشاركون رمز QR ويلعبون عبر متصفح هواتفهم. لا حساب ولا كلمة مرور ولا تثبيت. ويعمل ذلك على iPhone وAndroid.
هل هناك حد أقصى لعدد المشاركين؟
لا. تتكيف المنصة مع عدد الحضور، من فريق صغير إلى المؤسسة بأكملها، في قاعة واحدة أو عدة قاعات.
