تحفيز الانضباط الجماعي من خلال تحديات تتطلب الدقة.

لماذا هذا البرنامج

الانضباط عضلة جماعية. يتوالى في هذا البرنامج تحدٍّ تلو الآخر من تحديات الدقة، حيث يكلّف خطأ واحد الفريقَ بأكمله: مراقبة، وتحقّق، ونظرة ثانية. هكذا نتعلّم قيمة التفاصيل بدفع ثمنها، ولكن برفق.

يقوم الجيدوكا (jidoka) على فكرة التوقف فورًا عند اكتشاف أي خلل، لمنع إنتاج قطع معيبة.

ما تعيشه فرقكم

  1. المراقبة: رصد العيب بين عناصر شبه متطابقة، في سباق مع الزمن.
  2. السلسلة: يصادق كل عضو على مرحلة، ولا تساوي السلسلة إلا قوةَ أضعف حلقاتها.
  3. التحقق المزدوج: يراقب فريقان الدفعة نفسها ثم يقارنان النتائج.
  4. كلفة العيب: تقدير كلفة الخطأ في كل مرحلة من مراحل العملية.

يُفتتح كل نشاط ويُختتم بمشهد سينمائي معروض على الشاشة، مخصّص لفرقكم. ويضبط المنشّط الإيقاع: لا شيء يتقدم من دونه.

هو نشاط لبناء الفرق تُخاض فيه التحديات على هواتف المشاركين ضمن فرق، بينما تعرض شاشة كبيرة سير الجلسة والنتائج والمشاهد السينمائية. ويتولى منشّط إدارة القاعة من البداية إلى النهاية. ويجري كل شيء حضوريًا.

هل يلزم تثبيت تطبيق؟

لا. يمسح المشاركون رمز QR ويلعبون عبر متصفح هواتفهم. لا حساب ولا كلمة مرور ولا تثبيت. ويعمل ذلك على iPhone وAndroid.

هل هناك حد أقصى لعدد المشاركين؟

لا. تتكيف المنصة مع عدد الحضور، من فريق صغير إلى المؤسسة بأكملها، في قاعة واحدة أو عدة قاعات.
