التوعية بالمخاطر النفسية والاجتماعية (RPS) وبالانفصال الرقمي عن العمل.

لماذا هذا البرنامج

برنامج بنبرة مدروسة، يتيح الحديث عن المخاطر النفسية والاجتماعية دون أن يعرّض أحدٌ نفسه. فالتصويت المجهول يكشف عمّا تعيشه القاعة، والتحديات تقدّم إرشادات، وتتلقى الإدارة إشارة واضحة تحترم الجميع.

يمثّل الاحتراق الوظيفي تآكلًا في القيم والكرامة والروح والإرادة: تآكلًا للنفس البشرية.

ما تعيشه فرقكم

  1. الإشارات: التعرّف على علامات الإنهاك في مواقف واقعية.
  2. المقياس: تصويت مجهول حول عبء العمل وإيقاعه وقطع الاتصال.
  3. قطع الاتصال: وضع قواعد قابلة للتطبيق لقطع الاتصال، ضمن فريق.
  4. الموارد: تحديد جهات الدعم والمساندة المتاحة في المؤسسة.

يُفتتح كل نشاط ويُختتم بمشهد سينمائي معروض على الشاشة، مخصّص لفرقكم. ويضبط المنشّط الإيقاع: لا شيء يتقدم من دونه.

ما المقصود ببناء الفرق الرقمي؟

هو نشاط لبناء الفرق تُخاض فيه التحديات على هواتف المشاركين ضمن فرق، بينما تعرض شاشة كبيرة سير الجلسة والنتائج والمشاهد السينمائية. ويتولى منشّط إدارة القاعة من البداية إلى النهاية. ويجري كل شيء حضوريًا.

هل يلزم تثبيت تطبيق؟

لا. يمسح المشاركون رمز QR ويلعبون عبر متصفح هواتفهم. لا حساب ولا كلمة مرور ولا تثبيت. ويعمل ذلك على iPhone وAndroid.

هل هناك حد أقصى لعدد المشاركين؟

لا. تتكيف المنصة مع عدد الحضور، من فريق صغير إلى المؤسسة بأكملها، في قاعة واحدة أو عدة قاعات.
